CALLAYERS
Terms of Service
Updated October 14, 2026
These terms apply to the Callayers website and Windows tester release. By using Callayers, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to malcolm@callayers.com.
Using Callayers
Callayers lets you create cards, import images and add annotations to your webcam output. The app requires sign-in. Use your own account and use Callayers lawfully. Do not use it to infringe other people's rights, bypass access or usage limits, or disrupt the service.
Your content
You are responsible for the content you import, submit and share, including having permission to use it. You give Callayers permission to process that content as needed to provide the features you use, including processing AI requests as described in the Privacy Policy.
Review AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it. It may contain mistakes or produce unexpected results. You decide what to show through your camera and which calling apps receive it.
Tester release and availability
Callayers is a tester release and may contain bugs. Keep copies of work that matters to you. Features, AI usage limits and availability may change. Updates can install automatically. We may restrict access for misuse or to protect the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tester release is provided as is, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Privacy and other services
The Privacy Policy explains how Callayers handles information. Your sign-in provider and the calling apps you choose are also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.
Stopping use and changes
You can stop using Callayers at any time. Signing out does not delete your saved work or account records; see the Privacy Policy for deletion requests. If these terms change, we will publish the revised terms here with an updated date.
