Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Callayers website and Windows app.

Account information

Sign-in involves your account identity, email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile photo. We use your account identity and verified email to identify you and manage access. We keep account information and AI usage counts to operate the service. We do not request access to your email messages, contacts, calendar or online files.

Your content

When you use AI features, your request and relevant card content are shared with an AI service to generate a response. This includes personal information you choose to include. Imported image files and webcam footage are not sent for AI processing.

Video you share through a calling app is handled under that app's privacy policy.

Usage information

We collect basic app activity linked to your account to understand feature use and improve Callayers. This includes feature interactions and the calling app used, but excludes your content, email address and webcam footage. Usage information is shared with an analytics service. Analytics cannot currently be turned off in the app.

Website and online services

Services handling website visits, downloads and online features receive connection information, such as your IP address. Our sign-in provider processes account information to authenticate you.

Your choices

Signing out does not delete your content, account information or usage records. Account and usage records do not have a fixed automatic deletion period. External services may retain information under their own policies.

You can remove account access in your connected apps settings.

We will update this policy when our privacy practices change.
